Guild Ranks

This page describes the ranking structure of the guild for regular members. For more information on leadership roles, check out Guild Leadership

Entrance Ranks

The following ranks are assigned to members not yet officially admitted to the guild, but invited to participate in the guild pending admittance.

Rank	Description
Cadet, Squire, Dark Squire	A DSA student that is being trained and developed by DSA Staff.
Provisional/Cannon Fodder	A graduated DSA student or applicant who is being interviewed by the guild to determine if they will be officially admitted or not.

Experience Level Ranks

The following ranks are assigned to members as they contribute experience to the guild. Experience contribution is 25% of the personal experience you gain while you are in the guild. If you leave the guild, the guild xp is lost.

Dark Wizard/Sorceress	11,000,000 to 14,000,000
Dark Executioner	14,000,000 to 17,000,000
Dark Viceroy/Vicereine	17,000,000 to 20,000,000

Custom Ranks

All members that accumulate 20 million guild XP can request a custom rank title. Guild leaders need not apply, since your rank is defined by your role.

Special Ranks

Rank	Description
Dark Siege Member Of The Month	Awarded for selfless service and tireless effort to the guild and it's members above and beyond the call of duty.
Dark Viscount	Bestowed upon an individual that has demonstrated extraordinary acts of support for the guild in a short time. In addition this individual has progressed at a much accelerated rate than normal.
Dark Scholar	The Scholar rank is for real life students only. The Dark Scholar will be required to play and burn their entire stamina once per week, either Saturday or Sunday, unless other arrangements are made. At no time will The Dark Scholar be more than 6 days inactive or they will be subject to dismissal from the guild.
Dark Warrior Deployed	Bestowed upon actual servicemen and women who are deployed for their country. You must be a real life active duty military person to get this rank.

Absence Ranks

Rank	Description
On Vacation	Used when member will be away from the guild for a period of 21 days or less. More than 21 days and member will be subject to dismissal from the guild for inactivity.
AWOL	Members that have not played for 3 days are considered AWOL. Once members reach 7 days AWOL they will be ranked as Inactive.
Inactive	A member that has not been actively playing and contributing XP to the guild for 7 or more days (pending dismissal from the guild) all guild tagged items are also subject to being recalled.
Distinguished And Retired	Bestowed upon selected members who have lost the drive and or interest to continue playing. This rank is a temporary honor for Dark Siege's fallen heroes we wish them well.

Punishment Ranks

Rank	Description
Siege Jester	The 'Siege Jester' is a rank designed for members that have had their permissions striped and taken away. Usually for abusing the use of the guild store. There may be other infractions to get you landed here. While a Jester no other members are allowed to send items from the store to a person assigned the rank of Jester. Only a Noble or above my elect to send a Jester items from the store including from group attacks. A Jester will not receive or ask for any buffs while assigned this rank.
Founder's Dungeon	This designation is used for a variety of reasons, most commonly for not following instructions, stealing, begging, non donating or just being a general nuisance. This is the last step before being dismissed from the guild. Once you hit the dungeon only the Founder can let you out. The quickest way to be placed in the dungeon is non communication. If you are asked something by a leader, answer promptly.
Common Thief	This designation is always the result of someone taking an item (s) out of the guild store and selling it on auction or giving it away only certain persons may dispose and or sell guild store items.
Awaiting Disposition	This designation is in limbo and being kicked from the guild is imminent.
